- Social Insurance Number (SIN)For yourself and any dependants/spouse being filed
- Government-issued photo ID
- Direct deposit informationVoid cheque or bank info, for faster refunds
- Last year's Notice of Assessment (NOA)If this is your first year filing with us
Income Slips
- T4 — Employment income
- T4A — Pension, retirement, annuity, or other income
- T4A(OAS) / T4A(P) — Old Age Security & CPP
- T5 — Investment income (interest, dividends)
- T5007 — Social assistance / workers' compensation
- T3 — Trust income
- T2202 — Tuition & enrollment certificate
- Self-employment or rental income recordsIncome and expense summary, or use our Investor/Business Tracker
Deductions & Credits
- RRSP contribution receipts
- Medical expense receipts
- Charitable donation receipts
- Childcare expense receipts
- Union or professional dues
- Moving expense recordsIf you moved for work or school
